3. Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed upon form submission and calendar acceptance
- You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details, date, time, and access link (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Meetings are scheduled according to the timezone and preferences provided during booking
3.2 Meeting Duration
- Standard consultation calls are 20–30 minutes unless otherwise agreed
- The Company reserves the right to extend meetings at its discretion
- Exceeding scheduled time may affect availability for subsequent appointments
3.3 Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule meetings up to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time (unless otherwise agreed)
- Rescheduling requests should be made through the booking widget or direct email
- If rescheduling is not possible within the specified window, cancellation policies apply
3.4 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are allowed up to 120 minutes (2 hours) before the meeting start time
- Late cancellations (within 2 hours) may result in forfeiture of the session
- The Company is not responsible for missed or no-show appointments
- Chronic no-shows may result in suspension of future booking privileges
